The Challenge

Immediate Media was undergoing a digital transformation programme and faced a challenge in migrating existing and new brand projects to a new platform. The aim was to optimise the user experience while adopting a mobile-first approach for all platforms. This required a complete overhaul of their design system to accommodate both legacy and new applications.

Previous Approach

This was the first time Immediate Media was undertaking such a large-scale migration and digital transformation programme. The company recognized the need for external support to implement consistent UX design practices across their existing and new products migrating to the new platform.
