The Challenge
Immediate Media was undergoing a digital transformation programme and faced a challenge in migrating existing and new brand projects to a new platform. The aim was to optimise the user experience while adopting a mobile-first approach for all platforms. This required a complete overhaul of their design system to accommodate both legacy and new applications.
Previous Approach
This was the first time Immediate Media was undertaking such a large-scale migration and digital transformation programme. The company recognized the need for external support to implement consistent UX design practices across their existing and new products migrating to the new platform.
Impact of the Challenge
The Solution
As the Senior UX Architect, I was tasked with auditing existing and new products, and identifying opportunities to improve user experience. The solution involved the following steps:

- Developed a Style Guide for the Fabric Framework to ensure consistency across all brand platforms.
