The Challenge

Shout Payments required a comprehensive and cohesive design approach to unify its brand and digital presence. The company faced challenges in creating a new professional-looking brand, presentation, and website to deliver its pitch and present its project to buy-in stakeholders. Additionally, it struggled to maintain design consistency across its products, resulting in fragmented user experiences. There was a critical need to deliver a strategic design plan under tight deadlines to ensure product alignment and market competitiveness.
