The Challenge
Accenture's CIO Rapid Development team needed to deliver new digital tools for CIOs in America and worldwide, specifically for their marketing website. However, the existing development process faced inefficiencies due to a lack of UX specialists who could bridge business requirements with intuitive, high-performance user interface designs.
Previous Approach
The team had been contracting various specialists for UX design and UI development, but they needed additional expertise to streamline the design process, conceptualise new solutions, and ensure seamless user experience flows across applications.
