The Challenge
DHL Express HR needed a solution to promote, retain, and develop their employees. They required a platform that would enable both existing and new employees to engage with the business daily.
Previous Approach
DHL has undertaken various initiatives to help with employee development, promotion, and retention. However, DHL Express still needed a robust solution to address these challenges effectively.
Impact of the Challenge
- Due to the lack of clear pillars and employee benefits, staff turnover was high, with employees changing jobs frequently. This instability made it difficult for DHL to build a consistent and engaged workforce.
The Solution
As Lead UX Architect and Designer, I collaborated closely with DHL Express stakeholders and the internal team to deliver:
- A UX Vision and a Demo that presented a linear survey of the new HR Platform.
- The design was based on previous research conducted with both employees and the HR department to ensure the platform addressed the employees' needs and expectations.
